2. What we collect

When you fill in the By invitation form in the collection section, we only collect the data you choose to provide:

• Name
• Contact (email or phone you decide to share)
• Piece of interest and free-form message

We do not collect any other data automatically on this page. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

3. Purpose

Your data is used for one purpose only: to reply to your request about the collection and, if you wish, to arrange the reservation or sale of a piece.

We do not use your data to send commercial communications, newsletters or advertising. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• The consent you give when voluntarily sending the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR), where your request may lead to a reservation or sale.

5. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any related commercial relationship. If there is no follow-up from your side, the data is deleted within a maximum of 24 months from the last contact.

Accounting and tax data, where applicable, are kept for the legally required periods (up to 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code).

6. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties, except with the following service providers strictly needed to run the site:

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and contact form processing. Data handled under their privacy policy and EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
• The email provider we use to receive your message.

No other transfers or sales of data take place.

7. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights over your data at any time:

• Access — see what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Objection — object to processing.
• Restriction — ask us to limit processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
• Withdrawal of consent — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, write to equipo@teamquirama.com stating your request. We will respond within one month.

If you feel your rights have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this page.
